Andrew Stewart

Andrew Stewart is a dedicated workers’ compensation defense attorney at Wallace Mann Capener Bishop & Debney, P.C.. He is a proud graduate of Gonzaga University, where he earned a bachelor’s in Russian history and political science, Andrew’s academic path was shaped by his love for reading and writing. This passion led him to pursue a legal career, culminating in a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Northwestern School of Law.

Andrew’s professional journey began in corporate governance and immigration law, where he developed his case management and legal research skills. His experiences with Cann Lawyers and later, Stahancyk, Kent, & Hook have allowed him to hone the abilities he relies on in workers’ compensation defense. Andrew believes deeply in ensuring that hardworking employees receive fair treatment while protecting the interests of employers, finding inspiration in the ever-evolving nature of workers’ compensation law.

At Wallace Mann Capener Bishop & Debney, Andrew is valued for his strategic thinking, empathetic approach, and commitment to the client’s interests in workers’ compensation cases. His unique background offers clients a well-rounded perspective, empowering them with effective representation.

Outside of his legal practice, Andrew is a “culture vulture” who loves scary movies, bad television, and Trailblazers basketball. If Andrew is outside, he is probably playing golf. He also volunteers as a judge on the local high school forensics circuit. A self-described “big time baker”, Andrew is known among friends and family for his homemade bread and signature tiramisu.
