After a 17-year career as a medical transcriptionist, where she developed a profound understanding of medical terminology and injuries, Carole transitioned to law, seeking a more active and impactful role.

Her background in medical transcription provided her with unique insights into the intricacies of medical cases, which she now leverages in her legal practice. Carole’s journey from managing the day-to-day operations of a medical transcription department to defending clients in complex workers’ compensation cases highlights her adaptability and commitment to excellence.
