Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney
What Matters Most:
- 3+ years of experience
- JD degree required
- Demonstrated experience with workers’ compensation defense and deposition and motion practice
- Must be a member of the Oregon State Bar; also Washington State Bar and California State Bar admissions desired
- Some travel required

Performing workers’ compensation defense litigation, you’ll handle depositions, draft motions, and appear in court.
