Before joining WMCBD, Celeste gained invaluable experience at the Jackson County Circuit Court, where she played a critical role in managing criminal case calendars and coordinating judicial rotations. This position required her to liaise with law enforcement agencies, attorneys, and court officials daily, sharpening her ability to navigate complex legal procedures and high-stakes decision-making. Her experience with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office further strengthened her legal skills, particularly in expungement matters, reinforcing her research and writing abilities while effectively advocating while advocating effectively. Now, in the field of workers’ compensation defense, she applies this experience to help employers mitigate risk while ensuring fair and equitable claim resolutions.
