Overview
Jason E. Price
Every case tells a story, and my role is to uncover the facts that matter. A well-handled workers’ compensation claim balances the needs of employees with the operational efficiency of employers. By applying strategic analysis and a detail-driven approach, I help businesses navigate claims in a way that supports their workforce while maintaining productivity and compliance.
Jason E. Price is a dedicated workers’ compensation defense attorney at Wallace Mann Capener Bishop & Debney, P.C., bringing a wealth of experience in legal analysis, regulatory compliance, and strategic risk mitigation. His passion for law was ignited during his time on his high school’s mock trial team, and after a dynamic career spanning complex litigation, class action settlement administration, and regulatory remediation, he returned to legal practice to focus exclusively on workers’ compensation defense.
Prior to joining WMCBD, Jason served as a Claims Operations Supervisor and Contract Attorney at Epiq Global, where he oversaw large-scale class action settlements and regulatory compliance initiatives. Jason also gained valuable litigation experience as a senior attorney at Martinez & Associates, where he managed diverse civil and family law cases, including representing a petitioner in a Hague Convention child abduction case in federal court.
With a sharp analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail, Jason excels at dissecting complex workers’ compensation claims and crafting effective defense strategies for employers. His multifaceted legal background enables him to provide insightful counsel, balancing the needs of businesses while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
Outside of his legal practice, Jason is an avid photographer and outdoor enthusiast, often capturing unique urban and nature scenes, from tiny snails on neighborhood sidewalks to Portland’s famous mini horses. He also enjoys cycling and hiking, embracing the diverse landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. Before entering the legal field, Jason spent a decade working as a motion picture camera technician, a career that once led him to an unforgettable lunch with Mr. T during a commercial shoot.
